Director, TSCM Partners Ltd

I build the systems that keep private conversations private.

I work where physical security meets technical security: finding covert devices, measuring how far confidential speech travels, and assessing the physical routes into a building that firewalls do not cover. I also write the software that measures and records that work, which is unusual in this field and is most of why my reports look the way they do.

Free tools, no email required: score your proximity risk maturity or size a speech privacy problem.

Why the second half of the job is unusual

The part that is genuinely unusual is the second half of the job. Almost everyone in technical surveillance countermeasures comes from a police or military background and buys their tooling. Almost everyone who builds security software has never physically searched a boardroom. I do both, so the frameworks on this site are not marketing artefacts. They are the things I needed to exist in order to do the work consistently, and I published them because an industry that cannot be measured cannot be held to a standard.

I am not a conference speaker and I do not sell through fear. If you want to know whether I am any good, read the frameworks, check the registers, and ask me the questions in the buyer's standard.
